CONTROL |
Simply designed control panel allows the operators to control all functions easily and quickly. Speed adjustment between 0-25 m/min is controlled by just turning a button on. Temperature of the chests and vacuumed exhaust air from rolls are displayed digitally. Upon temperature of exhaust air increases or decreases, operator is able to raise or cut down the vacuum by just turning a button on or off. In case of power cuts or emergency stops, rolls clear off from the chest surfaces in order to prevent any damages.
CHESTS |
Chests used in Tolkar are imported from Germany which manufactured to be extra robust and durable. Chests, designed to be operated under high steam pressures (12 bars) never dilated or transformed due to high pressures. Chest surfaces are extremely polished where coming into contact with linens. Heat insulated outer side of chests provides all generated steam to be directed onto the rolls without any loss.
ROLLS |
Roll surfaces of ironers are perforated with bores and equipped with crush springs those are as important as chests where on said rolls, linens can easily be ironed and dried by vacuuming from the bores and contemporaneously by squeezing with the crush springs. Nevertheless, all wrinklednesses are dispelled quickly; wetness on the linen is evaporated by heat and vacuumed from bores to drainage. Pneumatically adjustable crush pressure of springs allows perfect ironing on food & beverage linens. |
BRIDGES |
In multi roll ironers, specially designed and polished bridges are used for transporting the linens from one chest to other which are placed in between. Mentioned bridges are heated with steam as well as chests.
DRIVE SYSTEM |
Drive system constitutes number of motors according to number of rolls where system is operated with gearbox and belts. Improved safety consistency eliminates the needs of service for a long time.
VACUUMED ASPIRATION |
During the operation, a vacuum from outside to inside of perforated rolls is composed in order to capture the humidity of linens. Humidity evaporated with the heat of chests is drained out by the fan motor which generates the vacuum. Adjustable vacuum power which is able from operator panel allows to saving the energy also. |
PADDLE BOX |
Paddle box is a kind of a must for these types of equipments as it protects the NOMEX belts from dirt, lint, dusts etc. Without a paddle box, all undesirable materials come and stick on the belts through the air aspirated inside the rolls. This further ensures a long life for belts.
HAND PROTECTION |
A safety guard that protects the operators from contacting high temperature surfaces during manual feeding. Besides, it saves the operators to be disturbed from the evaporation of ironed linens.
